Junior Google Ads & Analytics Specialist

Remotely / Wrocław Price range: PLN 5,500 - 7,000 gross Form: UoP/UZ/B2B

Are you passionate about online advertising and want to learn how to run campaigns that not only generate clicks but also truly support sales and business growth? Are you curious about what happens to users after clicking an ad and how data helps you make better decisions? Join us and develop your skills in Google Ads and web analytics, from campaigns and optimization to GA4, GTM, and conversion measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • supporting the management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns,

  • work on Search, Performance Max, Shopping and remarketing campaigns,

  • analysis of campaign results and user behavior,

  • working with indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate,

  • analysis of keywords, search terms and exclusions,

  • preparing optimization recommendations,

  • supporting the configuration and verification of conversion measurement,

  • working with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager,

  • checking whether data is collected correctly,

  • analysis of user paths and conversion funnels,

  • cooperation on e-commerce and Google Merchant Center projects,

  • preparing reports and conclusions based on data,

  • learning more advanced areas of analytics and marketing technology.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads,

  • Basic understanding of online marketing,

  • Interest in analytics and working with data,

  • Logical and critical thinking,

  • Willingness to learn Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager,

  • Independently seek solutions,

  • Accuracy and good work organization,

  • Willingness to test, analyze, and draw conclusions.
