Key Responsibilities:
Creating and sending e-mail marketing campaigns (newsletters, autoresponders).
Co-creating content optimized not only for humans, but also for generative engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
Assistance in managing subscriber databases and audience segmentation.
Preparing simple email templates (visual editors).
Support for A/B testing of topics, content and CTAs.
Monitoring campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
Learning and support in creating content ready for AI citation – logical, factual, transparent.
Creating text content (e.g. blog entries, micro-content) that strengthens GEO/SEO campaigns and positioning.
Close cooperation with the social media department regarding communication consistency and content distribution in organic channels.
Requirements:
Interest in email marketing and digital communications.
Very good knowledge of the Polish language and a light touch.
Basic analytical skills.
Accuracy and good organization of work.
Willingness to learn new forms of content optimization (GEO).
First experience with email platforms or content creation is welcome.
English minimum B1.
Interest in AI development and understanding how language models work (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is desirable.

Preparation of offers, presentations and recommendations for action.
Taking care of customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency of cooperation.

Key Responsibilities:
Creating and running advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).
Campaign optimization for sales, leads and specific business goals.
Analyzing campaign results (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and drawing conclusions.
Preparing and testing new advertising creations.
Collaboration with the content and design team in creating advertising materials.
Participation in A/B testing of audiences, communications and advertising formats.
Monitor campaign results and prepare simple reports.
Support in building advertising strategies for clients.
Requirements:
Interest in email marketing and digital communications.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or willingness to learn quickly.
